This box list all the available recipients you can choose from. Click on each recipient you want to send your message to. The chosen recipients will be moved to the 'Selected Recipients' box to the right. You can also type the first few letters of a recipient to jump directly to it, and then press <Enter> to select it.
You can filter the list of recipients by right-clicking anywhere in the list.
You can show the properties of a recipient by shift-clicking on the recipient.
You can show the members of a group by shift-clicking on the group.
